Commercial Real Estate Appraisals
Our primary business is the appraisal of commercial real
estate. Our staff is well qualified to estimate value for a wide
variety of commercial property types and to present the results in a quality
format for our clients.
Specialties: We can appraise any commercial
property with the majority of our work centering around office, industrial,
apartment, and retail properties. However, we also appraise hotels,
special purpose properties, land, elderly housing, and even some residential
property under special circumstances, such as litigation.
Report Types: Our reports follow USPAP
guidelines and can be either complete or limited, and can be in self-contained,
summary, or restricted format. We are also capable of producing appraisal
reports in a variety of HUD, FNMA, and FHLMC formats when necessary.
Purposes: Our reports are tailored to the clients
specific needs and can be used for financing, acquisition, ad valorum tax
valuation, internal asset monitoring, eminent domain, or litigation.
