*(Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice)
Our appraisals are conducted and reported in accordance with the requirements
of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal
Institute. These standards were developed to provide a benchmark
for minimum standards of conduct, competency, and reporting of appraisals,
and have been abopted by The Appraisal Institute for guiding the actions
of its members.
