• We recently rolled out a format for a complete summary report for apartment properties that is designed to supply the reader with information on all of the usual topics covered by our more detailed reports but with portions summarized rather than detailed.  The idea here is to provide the same thorough investigation and analysis, but with certain details summarized so as to reduce the cost of the appraisal to a more effective level for smaller properties (approximately 50 suites or less).  Turnaround time is improved as well.
